AHMR is an interior design & architectural fit-out studio of professional experts based in UAE and KSA.
In 2010, AHMR unleashed its office in Saudi Arabia, founded by Raed Qbail and Muhammed Kujuk. Their vision was to create innovative, comfortable, and sustainable design & build solutions that enrich people’s life and experience. Since then, We have been fortunate to have worked on a range of projects across various sectors which have helped us to improve and expand our capabilities. We are constantly seeking new challenges and opportunities to expand our footprint and services further.

We are an experienced in-house team of designers who are dedicated to providing insightful design solutions for commercial, residential, F&B and hospitality projects.
Our attention to detail and construction background enables us to develop first-class design packages, by creating functional spaces, with the intended user’s lifestyle and preferences in mind. We collaborate with our clients in every level during the design process to serve their goals.

We are a complete interior general contractor and have a talented execution team in-house to ensure our projects are executed to the highest standards. We take care of everything involved in the construction process including; electro-mechanical, plumbing, AC, partitioning, ceiling, flooring, lighting, joinery, glass, finishes and furniture. Our project team will manage all aspects of the project from gaining authority approvals, procurement, cost management, coordinating with contractors on site, dealing with site issues and ultimately, handover.
